*Duties*
* Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation cases from inception through resolution.
* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
* Develop case strategies through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
* Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice .
* Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
*Requirements*
* Licensed to practice law in New York.
* Proven litigation experience.
* Trial experience desired.
* Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and communication abilities.
* Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong academic background and a committed work ethic.
