We are seeking a RN Quality Coordinator for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Serves as the data expert within the Quality Department and is responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual quality metric reports and required quality reporting to all State, Federal and Accrediting agencies. Ensures quality data collection procedures are established for all reporting and accrediting agencies and coordinates with vendors to ensure timely, compliant reporting and optimal software functionality for the facility. Coordinates all Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation, Focused Professional Practice Evaluation, and Peer Review data collection to facilitate medical staff review. Coordinates documentation associated with clinical research studies. Develops and documents procedures for data preparation including format design, data compilation and presentation. Maintains proficiency with Business Objects Report writing, Professional Practice Manager, Professional Excellence Dashboard, Meditech and other current software applications.
