Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor

· Observe client behavior, assess needs and create treatment strategies

· Diagnose psychological, behavioral and emotional disorders

· Develop and put treatment plans in place

· Consult with doctors, therapists and medical professionals

· Practice within state and federal guidelines

· Administer social service programs

· Instruct clients’ families during treatment

· Maintain appropriate documentation

· Complete documentation in a timely manner

· Participate in managed care planning, organization meetings, strategic planning

*Requirements:*

· Proven work experience as a clinical social worker or professional counselor

· Working knowledge of social theories and practices

· Social perceptiveness and empathy with a mission to help the underserved
Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
