About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Loan Fulfilment Specialist to join our Operations team. In this salaried, full-time position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing from application to disbursement. Your keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will contribute to creating an outstanding experience for our clients. What You'll Do
- Review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Prepare and finalize loan agreements and ensure they meet organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Work closely with the underwriting and credit teams to facilitate approvals and address any discrepancies.
- Monitor the loan fulfilment pipeline to ensure deadlines are met and service level agreements are maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to loan documentation and disbursement processes.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve loan processing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all customer and loan-related information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in loan fulfilment, loan processing, or a similar role within the financial or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in documents.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with loan management systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
