*Family Law Attorney – Leadership Opportunity | Greenville, SC*

Our boutique firm in downtown *Greenville* is seeking an *experienced Family Law Attorney* to assume full responsibility for the firm’s Family Law Division.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who practices independently and is ready to serve as the firm’s *lead Family Law Attorney*, while working within an established leadership structure. The position includes an *immediate, established family law caseload*, with consistent client flow already in place.
The ideal candidate is confident handling divorce, custody, support, and contested matters; comfortable appearing regularly in Family Court; and able to manage cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision. While collaboration and support are available, this role is *not entry-level*.
_*Key Responsibilities*_
* Manage the firm’s family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
* Appear in Family Court for hearings, mediations, and trials
* Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
_*Qualifications*_
* Prior experience practicing family law (2 years minimum)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfort handling contested matters and court appearances
* Active South Carolina Bar admission
