Job Description
*The Opportunity*
A well-established, high-volume plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Intake Attorney to evaluate potential matters and guide prospective clients through the intake process. This role is highly client-facing and combines legal analysis with consultative sales skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Assess the viability of potential personal injury and employment matters
* Effectively communicate the firm’s capabilities while managing client expectations
* Build trust with prospective clients and secure signed retainer agreements
* Address client questions regarding case progression, including availability during evenings and weekends as needed
* Travel to meet prospective clients and complete sign-ups when required
* Guide clients step-by-step through the intake process with empathy and professionalism
*Qualifications*
* Minimum of two years’ experience on the plaintiff side in personal injury and/or employment law
* Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
* Proven ability to close and convert prospective clients
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance empathy and persuasion
* Solid understanding of pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment matters
* Ability to commute to a Los Angeles–area office at least three days per week
*Compensation*
* $130,000–$250,000 annually, commensurate with experience
* Additional performance-based incentives
