Job Overview

As a Loan Partner, you will provide dedicated support to an RWM Top Producing loan officer throughout the mortgage loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from loan application through closing. The Loan Partner is an extension of the team they support, so it is crucial that they maintain an excellent level of customer service and knowledge of the loan process throughout their interactions.


This is an exciting opportunity with two of our top producing teams, and candidates will need to be available to work either PST or MST hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless loan experience
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage TBD and active pipelines, providing regular updates to team members
  • Loan Processing Support:
    • Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness
    • Assist in gathering and reviewing documents for loan preapprovals
    • Complete income calculations and obtain AUS findings
    • Prepare the file for initial disclosures and submit clean packages for the Team Processor’s review
  • Team Coordination:
    • Attend regular pipeline calls with Loan Officer and Processor
    • Participate in monthly sales, operations, and LOA meetings for training and collaboration
  • Knowledge Building: Stay updated on internal workflows, technology, and loan guidelines
  • Lead Management & Outreach, as needed:
    • Handle a high volume of calls and top-of-funnel outreach to ensure immediate follow-up with referrals or responses on our automation tools
    • Act with urgency on every file, ensuring timely and accurate service
    • Track and maintain contact with leads to maximize conversion potential
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid NMLS license
  • 3+ years of residential lending experience, including expertise in government, conventional, non-agency and non-QM products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with SimpleNexus (nCino), Optimal Blue, Encompass, Mortgage Coach, and Total Expert is a plus
  • Familiarity with Social Media content and strategies is a plus
  • Familiarity with brokered loans/wholesale lending is a plus
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm MST or PST

Compensation: Hourly base + basis points override on funded loans


The pay range for this role is:
21 - 25 USD per hour(Remote)
