  • Translate creative briefs and concepts into polished visual designs that align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications partners to understand project goals and ensure design solutions meet requirements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all deliverables while allowing for creativity within established guidelines.
  • Prepare final production-ready files for both print and digital distribution.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively bring forward ideas to improve visual storytelling and workflows.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and senior designers to refine and enhance designs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an in‑house, agency, or mixed environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with presentation and digital design tools.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take projects from concept through final production with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
  • Basic knowledge of web, UX (Figma), or accessibility principles.
  • Motion or video experience is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience working within established brand systems across multiple projects or business units.
