Floral Image North America (FINA) is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSSR) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, working independently in the field, and representing creative, eye-catching products that make a lasting impression.

As a CSSR, you’ll be the face of FINA within your assigned territory—supporting existing customers, driving new business, refreshing floral arrangements, and expanding our customer base.

What You’ll Do

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Provide personalized product recommendations to enhance customer experience

Business Development

• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations
• Partner with the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to negotiate pricing and agreements
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Attend company trainings, trade shows, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable traveling within an assigned territory
• Self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
