Key Responsibilities:Assist with travel research, quotes, and itinerary preparationCoordinate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and special requestsTrack payment deadlines and booking updatesHelp distribute travel documents, confirmations, and trip remindersProvide exceptional follow-up and support to both clients and advisorsMaintain accurate records and client details within CRM toolsSupport administrative and customer service tasks for travel advisors
Qualifications:Excellent organizational and communication skillsComfortable using email, online platforms, and basic spreadsheet toolsPrior customer service, administrative, or travel experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and time managementEnthusiastic about the travel industry and eager to learnTraining is providedno previous travel certification required
