Capital NYC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Miami, FL. The Sales Assistant will support our sales team, engage with clients, and contribute to the achievement of our sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily activities and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets and KPIs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales events.
• Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
