The position involves handling all aspects of a pre-litigation and litigation personal injury case (car accidents, slip and falls and general personal injury). The position involve daily client contact, client medical evaluations, demand writing and negotiating with adjusters. Earning potential is unlimited as all attorneys have a base income but share in the success of the firm by earning a percentage of the cases they resolve. There is no limit to the amount of income an attorney can earn. This is a great opportunity to get paid based on performance and be part of a very successful and growing law firm. Our phone rings all day with new potential cases. The atmosphere is client based but very casual, we care about our clients. Semi-remote work is a possibility.
Ideal applicant will have some experience either on the plaintiff side or the defense side handling pre-litigating injury cases. We are willing to train the right individual.
Workers' Compensation experience and Spanish fluency is a bonus.
*ATTORNEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Handling injury cases through the pre-litigation process.
* Must be empathetic and enjoy helping people
* Must be detailed and have ability to handle a caseload
* Must be able to write demands
* Spanish fluency is a major plus
* Workers' Compensation experience is a major plus
*QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION*
* _*MO and IL licenses (or working towards both)*_
