*Position Summary*
We are seeking a *Family Physician* (Korean or Spanish preferred) to join our growing team full-time. The Family Physician will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. This role includes leadership, clinical mentorship, and a strong opportunity to shape the care model of an expanding health center.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
* Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment plans.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including mental health, acupuncture, and pediatric specialists.
* Provide care through both in-person and occasional telehealth visits.
* Supervise and mentor nurse practitioners and support staff.
* Uphold 3C’s mission and values in delivering care with cultural and spiritual sensitivity.
*Required Qualifications*
* MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine.
* Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
* DEA certification and current CPR/BLS.
* At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
* Must be *bilingual* (Korean or Spanish preferred).
* Commitment to serving medically underserved and immigrant communities.
