*Position Overview *
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team. This role offers a stable base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities, allowing clinicians to grow their careers while being supported by a compassionate, collaborative, and values-driven practice.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing inclusive, evidence-based care; values authentic human connection; and seeks to help clients build resilience, confidence, and meaningful momentum in their lives.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy using evidence-based, culturally responsive approaches.
* Create a therapeutic environment where clients feel valued, understood, and supported.
* Conduct intake assessments, establish treatment goals, and maintain accurate and ethical documentation.
* Engage in reflective, client-centered practice rooted in understanding each client’s unique experiences, identities, and strengths.
* Collaborate with colleagues through consultation, case discussions, and team meetings.
* Maintain professional licensure, continuing education, and compliance with Nebraska regulations.
* Contribute to a practice culture that champions connection, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous growth.
*Qualifications *
* Active Nebraska license as *LMHP, LIMHP, LICSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist*.
* Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
* Commitment to inclusive, client-centered care using evidence-based therapies (e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed approaches.)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
