*Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotation as needed.
*Position Summary*
CNS is seeking a compassionate Full-Time RN to support both Home Health and Hospice patients in the greater Moab area. This role offers meaningful 1:1 care, greater autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a mix of adult and some pediatric patients.

* *Mileage:* *$0.57/mile* reimbursement
* *On-Call:* Shift unit compensation + hourly

*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide skilled nursing care for Home Health and Hospice patients
* Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, CNAs, chaplains, and leadership
* Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
* Maintain accurate documentation per CMS, state, and CNS standards
* Adhere to safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
*Qualifications*
* Pediatric experience preferred; hospice, home health, oncology, or critical care a plus
* Current Utah RN license & BLS certification
* Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage field-based caseload
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to lift/transfer patients as needed
* Ability to drive throughout the Provo and surrounding areas
* Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
