Established Law Office – Brick, NJ | Full-Time | On-Site | Salary $75K to $125k plus Incentives.

Our reputable and expanding law firm is seeking a talented and versatile Attorney with experience in Estate Planning, Wills, Business Law, and Litigation with Real Estate experience a plus. This position is ideal for an attorney who values a professional, team-oriented environment, who is looking to grow professionally while handling a diverse portfolio of cases with independence and confidence. We are looking for a legal professional who can bring strong judgment, polished communication, and client-focused service to every matter.
You will join a legal team that represents clients with professionalism, empathy, and clarity while maintaining impeccable confidentiality and ethical standards. Your responsibilities include drafting wills, trusts, estate plans, powers of attorney, and advanced directives.
You will manage probate matters and advise clients through estate administration. Also, you will provide counsel on business formation, contracts, and ongoing small business matters. You will handle litigation preparation, filings, hearings, negotiations, and courtroom appearances, as well as conducting research, preparing motions, briefs, memoranda, and legal strategies. You will collaborate with the team on case strategy, client development, and workflow management. Finally, if your experience allows, you will prepare real estate documents, contracts, or closing materials.
We are looking for someone who is Juris Doctor with active bar license in good standing and has 3-7 or more years’ experience in estate planning, wills, probate, business law, and litigation. Other qualifications or experience include:
Exceptional drafting, research, and communication skills
Strong courtroom presence and litigation ability
Experience with real estate transactions a plus, not required
Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
Professional demeanor, client-centered approach, and commitment to excellence
