Responsibilities:
Flex Schedule (the position requires coverage for other shifts, both AM and PM)
Sunday – 1100 to 2300
Monday – 1300 to 0100
Tuesday – 1300 to 0100
Wednesday – 1300 to 1900
Position Responsibilities:
Support Transport Supervisors in delivering superior customer service and driving profitable growth by developing tactical plans that optimize distribution, loading, and on-time delivery processes.
Ensure route planning team builds efficient plans to maximize productivity level, set delivery schedule, and provide superior customer service
Schedule appointments with multiple customers through customer portals and direct contact sales representative
Support planner balance workload between development of annual strategic plans and daily execution of tactical plans
Collaborate across the Transport and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure alignment with the loading of trailers to on time delivery to customers
Manage and achieve key performance metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the department and alignment to corporate objectives
