Human Resources Business Partner The HRBP provides consultation and support to designated business units, optimizing a productive and positive employee relations climate in support of the Hospital’s strategic plan. Uses knowledge of various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations and staff development to support both staff and line managers. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions that reflect hospital objectives. Articulates an understanding of business goals, strengths and opportunities.
