Overview Provides direct psychiatric evaluation, medical health assessment and intervention to clients admitted to Behavioral Health programs. Provides medication management and assessment on an ongoing basis. Provides consultation and education to other agencies and disciplines, including other VNS Health services. Assists in the overall management of the Behavioral Health program. Acts as a key resource in providing clinical and operational guidance and support to assigned teams and other staff to achieve and enhance team outcomes. Provides advanced nursing clinical care for clients in accordance with current State and Federal rules and regulations for nurse practitioner scope of practice and national standards of care, and specific program regulations/contract requirements. Overview The Director, Integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Clinic provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the integrated Article 31 and Article 32 clinic.  This role oversees clinical service delivery, administrative operations, regulatory and managed care compliance, and financial performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and client-centered care.   The Director partners with Behavioral Health and VNS Health leadership to drive program performance, quality improvement, workforce utilization, and sustainable growth within regulated outpatient environments, including managed care.
