Duties include: Prepare and evaluate title reports to determine insurability and compliance with title underwriting requirements. Review customer instructions to determine whether the transaction meets the limits of the policy requested. Perform risk analysis and problem resolution on technical issues. Prepare pertinent legal documents such as correction deeds, affidavits for in-house legal review.
