Description: The Showcase Window and Door Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Showcase Window and Door HR Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll processing, benefits administration, policy implementation, recruiting, onboarding, leave of absence administration, employee relations and maintaining the Showcase Window and Door Resource Information System (HRIS). This role will manage both Hayfield Window and Door and Showcase Window and Door benefits.
