Key Responsibilities: Successfully maintain attorneys’ appearance and trial calendars Maintain proficient knowledge of up-to-date court filing deadlines and timelines Adhere to court filing deadlines and trial timelines Perform e-filing and filing with various courts (state and federal) for various motions Prepare pleadings and discovery documents for filing and service Prepare, draft and/or finalize notices, letters, and subpoenas and request appropriate service Prepare TOC’s and TOA’s Schedule depositions, court reporters, interpreters, videographers, experts, witnesses, etc. General filing duties (ensure case files are organized and updated) Coordinate with assigned support staff to ensure assigned attorneys’ items are completed accurately and efficiently.
