Key Responsibilities: -Advise entities on formation and draft related formation documents. -Draft and negotiate asset purchase and sale agreements, merger/acquisition documents, and develop business succession plans. -Counsel clients on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic legal matters. -Manage multiple client matters and transactions simultaneously. Qualifications: -5+ years of in-house or law firm experience in business and transactional law. -Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business succession planning. -Licensed to practice law in Nebraska or eligible to become licensed in Nebraska soon. -A portable book of business is a plus but not required.
