*Position Summary:* Attorney will be responsible for, among other duties, preparation of pleadings, correspondence to courts and clients, court appearances for default judgments and trials, post judgment collection actions including garnishments and other legal remedies. The attorney will be filing suit and performing all pre and post judgment collection actions necessary to recover debts owed to the clients. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Sign collection pleadings every day. * Attendance and arguing hearings and motions in multiple jurisdictions * Trial preparation and completion in multiple jurisdictions. * Proficiency with Commercial Legal Software, Court Calendar systems (including notes and hearing scheduling). * Legal research and writing as assigned by partners and senior associate attorneys. * Deposition preparation and completion. * Discovery drafting and completion. * Maintain confidentiality of clients, firm information, cases, staff and contacts. * Other...
