Overview:
Greet guests with warm hospitality and ensure smooth operation and high level of service from all restaurant employees . This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
Attend pre-shift meetings. Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines. Display friendly hospitality while greeting and seating guests in a timely and professional manner. Seat guests according to ADA guidelines. Present guests with clean menus. Seat all stations equitably, assuring equal distribution of parties. Circulate stations, ensuring that guests are receiving proper service and that all employees are in their stations and doing their jobs.
