The Director reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Director is accountable for high-quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This leader will assume 24/7 responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice on each unit. The Director will supervise and evaluate work activities of all nursing personnel and provide clinical leadership and set strategic and long-term goals for the nursing staff.
