POSITION SUMMARY The Inpatient Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Social Work/Case Management department across multiple inpatient settings, including a Level 1 psychiatric hospital and sub-acute units. This role involves supervising social work and case management staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Manager will also provide direct clinical services to patients when necessary. The individual in this role will use their expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to lead a team focused on patient-centered care, addressing the psychosocial and case management needs of inpatient clients.
