Overview:
The position will provide support the practices of attorneys in the Legal Department by maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files; performing basic legal and public record research; supporting litigation and claims handling functions; supporting regulatory agency relationships; supporting contract administration function; and providing office management and administrative support.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
Associate's degree; Minimum two years of post-secondary education from an accredited college or certified through NALA as a certified legal assistant or paralegal, or any equivalent combination of training and experience (preferably within a hospital, other corporate law department, or law firm).
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Necessary Skills:
