Customer Service Representatives Needed!! *Description:* Handling inbound and outbound calls from patients and our client facilities by listening, empathizing, and solving issues; or escalating to the next level using sound judgment. The CSR will be taking calls from patients with questions about billing and insurance coverage. (i.e. what is on my statement, I need to make a payment, explain benefit coverage, what the charges were, etc.) Will be taking at least 45 inbound calls per day. Using a computer to navigate multiple screens to notate and effectuate a positive patient experience. Perform administrative duties by managing email, completing assignments, and other duties.
