Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as manage end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, improve HR and payroll functions, and support our company’s people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
Payroll:
