Overview:
The Customer Account Coordinator oversees a dedicated customer and is responsible for interaction with the customer on both a day-to-day basis. Works with the dedicated fleets to engage in high priority customer opportunities that drive the business to the next level in achieving agreed upon service, and customer satisfaction. This position works for the local Customer Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities:
Handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and customer-focused. Communicates customer feedback to management including any signs of dissatisfaction. Will organize meetings and updates as appropriate. Monitor customer dashboards to track KPIs.
