Overview: The Manager of Rehabilitation Services works with both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation units/locations to provide the Best Outcome for Every Patient Every Time. The Manager, along with the inpatient therapy supervisor and Pediatric Therapy supervisor, supervises, directs, and evaluates licensed professionals and support staff providing rehab services. The Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the strategic plan for the service line, which is consistent with the organizations strategic and business plans. Provides leadership and positive promotion of the services continuum from acute care and post-acute care through outpatient programming with linkage to community resources.
