PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION The Mortgage Escrow Processor will prepare, process, and follow up on the departments real estate taxes, to ensure that loan collateral is protected. This position handles mortgage servicing escrow analysis on all escrowed mortgage loans. The Escrow Processor will also research problem accounts as well as handles member service calls and e-mails regarding real estate taxes, homeowners insurance, HOA dues, PMI and escrow analysis. The Escrow Processor will work directly with members, credit union staff, and third parties to research and resolve escrow and analysis tax issues and determine the best course of resolution.
