Job Summary :  To provide operational, programmatic and strategic leadership to the payroll team/function for the CaroMont Health system. Responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of payroll and related accounting processes to ensure that all employees are paid correctly in a timely manner in compliance with applicable employment laws. Specific functions include but are not limited to the collection of timecards, calculating wages, ensuring accurate tax withholdings and deductions, distributing paychecks and maintaining employee records.
