This person assumes responsibility for their team based on polices and procedures and the federal, state requirements. #SPONSOR123 Key Responsibilities · Preform and lead small groups of assistants in food preparation, serving and clean up. · Often preforms the job assignments of the dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher positions as needed. · Able to operate a variety of industrial kitchen equipment. · Provide leadership support and guidance to ensure food quality standards are met. · Ensure customer service expectations are met. · Control inventory levels.
