Philanthropy Director, Grants The Philanthropy Director of Grants is a key role responsible for driving the statewide organization’s grant fundraising strategy from opportunity identification through submission and stewardship. This position oversees all grant activity, including prospect research, relationship cultivation, and hands-on grant writing for government, foundation, corporate, and healthcare-aligned funders. With oversight of all grant relationships, the Director ensures a strong, coordinated pipeline that supports and sustains the organization’s mission.
Essential Functions:
1. Leads the organization’s grants efforts with considerable ability to make grant work decisions on behalf of the Development Department.
2. Builds and sustains relationships with current, new and potential grant-giving organizations.
