The Field Access Navigator (FAN) is essential in reducing barriers to Hub Support services and enhancing access to products for patients and healthcare providers. As part of an integrated, cross-functional team, the FAN is responsible for educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and their office staff about services. The FAN works strategically with Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs) to address issues related to prior authorizations, denials, and appeals, effectively managing even the most challenging patient access situations. The FAN’s primary focus is to closely collaborate with new HCPs and their office staff to ensure they understand the services offered at the hub and to assist with any access issues that require escalation.
