Position Summary The Hospice Administrator’s primary function is to assume overall responsibility and authority for administrative and leadership functions, supervision of the organizational plan and responsibility for ongoing communication with the Governing Body and Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) as well as Agency staff. As a Hospice Administrator, you will: Manages the daily operations of the agency. The Administrator or Alternate Administrator will be available during the Agency’s operating hours. Ensures that a Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours. Organizes and directs the Agency’s ongoing functions. Administratively supervises the provision of quality care to Agency patients/clients.
