Director of Marketing – Pharmaceutical 

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Reports to: VP, Global Marketing
Compensation: $185,000–$200,000 base + 20% bonus + sign-on potential
Team: 3 direct reports

A global manufacturing organization serving pharmaceutical and life sciences customers is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy and demand generation for a critical business segment.

This is a senior, highly visible role responsible for building and scaling a full-funnel growth engine, supporting product launches, and partnering closely with sales, technical, and executive leadership to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Key Focus Areas

  • Own growth marketing strategy, planning, and budget

  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, and customer journeys

  • Lead product launch marketing, including MSAT and scientific-consulting offerings

  • Execute demand generation and account-based marketing programs

  • Partner with sales on mid- and lower-funnel conversion

  • Track performance via MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue metrics

  • Manage and develop a small, high-performing team

Background Sought

  • Experience marketing to pharmaceutical or biopharma manufacturing decision-makers (required)

  • 7+ years in growth, demand generation, or product marketing roles

  • Strong technical or scientific fluency; advanced degree a plus

  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, modern marketing technology, and AI-enabled tools

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
