Position Summary

Our Mental Health Therapists are the cornerstone of our services at Brighter, Stronger Foundation. They provide quality individualized treatment to our clientele based on established best practices.

Minimum Requirements for Success

• LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C
• Active Maryland license
• Interest in providing a minimum of 8 sessions/week
• Access to high-speed internet
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 points
• Satisfactory CJIS report.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality and Privacy Policies
