As our Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients achieve financial success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and have a passion for tax and financial reporting, we want to hear from you!
🔹 Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports with accuracy and insight.
🔹 Ensure financial statement integrity while maintaining high-quality standards.
🔹 Manage general ledger accounts for financial consistency and accuracy.
🔹 Communicate directly with clients on financial reports, tax matters, and business inquiries.
🔹 Prepare and review tax filings (Sales, Payroll, Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S).
🔹 Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
🔹 Mentor and guide junior accounting staff for team development.
✔ Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation = Bonus!)
✔ CPA or relevant certification preferred
✔ 3+ years of experience in tax preparation, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
✔ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero & Excel
✔ Strong knowledge of tax regulations (corporate & individual)
✔ Exceptional organizational & communication skills
