ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a temporary Administration with the Colorado Department of Treasury! Please see details below.
· 20+ hrs. (possibly a few more hours towards the end of the role)
· Hybrid work
Skills:
· Word skills – copy, paste, etc.
· Excel (a must)
· Phone skills – listening and talking with DPT applicants – the majority (60%) of who are senior
citizens; 40% other property tax owners
· Typing and basic office skills: copying, scanning, labels, etc. – when needed
· Critical & common sense thinking
· Extreme attention to detail (addresses, etc.), numbers and $ amounts
· Internet research capability:
· Specifically for various County Treasurer and Assessors websites – we can train
· Ability to work in several databases/search sites at one time to obtain and complete an
application phase
· Verifying data & information from the owner’s property from Assessor’s website comparing to
the DPT application, website, and lien certificates
· Help with uploading e-recorded lien certificate information to the DPT Portal
· Secured website – DPT would need to grant login access to temp to update
information status in the portal
· Temp would need background check as this confidential & proprietary info in the DPT
