Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for completing financial analysis that supports the corporate finance team including business performance, new business initiatives, product development, capital transactions and acquisitions. This role requires a detail-oriented and diligent individual who can collaborate with other departments to support the company's financial goals.

In one year as a Financial Analyst, you will know you were successful if you…

• Complete financial analysis and create models to support department activities.
• Develop presentations that summarize financial analysis and strategic conclusions.
• Work with finance and accounting teams to aggregate data on company, business and product performance.
• Support periodic corporate finance activities including capital analysis, asset pledging and financing and valuations.
• Develop financial analysis for new acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and review for accuracy to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

What we're looking for…

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of financial statements and reporting standards preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
