Command Robbinsville is state-of-the-art book manufacturing facility, ideal for producing educational books, computer books, catalogs, annual reports, and directories.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Print Production Assistant who demonstrates enthusiasm, aptitude, strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn. They will be fast-learning, detail oriented, self-motivated and hard working. The successful candidate will be responsible for the filing of paperwork and books, pulling and preparing billing to be invoiced, prioritizing and answering emails in a timely fashion and proofreading.

Essential Functions:

• Perform data entry of daily orders; to include entering orders into the system, filing paperwork within job folders and filing folders away numerically.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform proofreading of proofs to ensure there are no errors before jobs are approved to be printed.
• Pull job folders for completed jobs, review billing closeout to ensure information is accurate and submit jobs to be invoiced.
• Perform data entry of cover print orders; to include pulling assigned job folders, entering specific information into our system and organizing folders in to numerical order to then be filed away.
• File job folders for billed jobs into storage cabinets in numerical order.
• Organize books alphabetically to be stored in our library.
• Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must have strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize workload and manage various projects at the same time.
• Have a strong background in data entry, filing and e-mail.
• Strong and current computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to organize jobs in alpha and/or numerical order.
• Ability to organize books in Alphabetical order by title.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to grow and develop into additional responsibilities.
• Printing Production experience a plus.
• College Degree preferred.
