Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 3-5 years of retail experience
Supervisory Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience
Licenses/Accreditations:
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Other Requirements: Knowledge of bank products and services. Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Detail oriented. Ability to work in and facilitate a team environment. Good organization and time management skills. Able to be flexible and adaptable to changing environment. Ability to operate standard office equipment (10-key, PC, typewriter).

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service: Strong emphasis on excellent customer service skills; ability to work effectively with both internal and external contacts. Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information.
Financial: Familiarity with financial terms and practices; mathematical calculations.
Administrative Duties: Planning and scheduling meetings, conducting research, organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files
Autonomy: Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities to others.
