SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Performs a wide variety of administrative functions, to support the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department. Detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist with processing accounts payable transactions and managing vendor relationships.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High School diploma required; Some administrative experience required.
Prior experience in an accounting setting is beneficial but not required.
Strong computer aptitude to include MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, records, other office procedures and terminology.
Excellent customer service mindset.
Ideal candidates will be personable, approachable, self-starter, creative, detail oriented with solid organizational, time management and follow up skills, with a can-do attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to sit, stand, stoop and bend throughout the day. Able to lift up to 20lbs on a semi-consistent basis.
