What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)

Crunching Numbers Like a Pro

• Analyze financial statements, sales data, and expenses to spot trends and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and KPIs that help drive smarter business decisions.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Wizardry

• Assist in budget creation, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Build cash flow models to ensure we always stay ahead.
• Help tweak pricing strategies and cost controls to boost profitability.

Driving Business Strategy with Data

• Conduct ROI analysis on investments, marketing campaigns, and new product offerings.
• Work with the operations team to streamline financial processes & reduce inefficiencies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.

Automations & AI? Big Bonus Points!

• Have experience automating reports, dashboards, and workflows? That’s a major plus!
• Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis, predictive modeling, or financial automation? Even better!

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus!)
• 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience (Bonus points for experience in home services, construction, or trades!)
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
• Love working with data visualization tools & building financial dashboards
• Analytical mind with next-level problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Bonus if you’re familiar with AI-driven financial tools & automations
• Most importantly, a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
