POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing member/guest questions and needs, providing an overall welcoming environment, and performing ad hoc administrative duties. This is a Part Time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and welcome staff, members and guests in a warm and friendly manner as soon as they arrive and answer any questions they have
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward internal/external phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive and receipt payments for programs; cash, checks and credit cards.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor ID’s, etc.)
· Provide coverage for the security agent as needed
· Work in partnership with the Membership Department o Respond to basic membership related inquiries o Take potential members on tours
· Participate in membership related agency events
· Assist with member and non-member registration
· Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and emailing
· Other duties as directed by supervisor
Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an office environment and hands-on experience with office equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with limited guidance
• Superior customer service skills and friendly demeanor and professional attitude and appearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Team player with excellent organizational skills
• Punctual and strong attendance history
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility required
