*Title: Entry-Level DevOps Engineer*

As an Entry-Level DevOps Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our cloud-based ERP solutions. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team, where you will assist in delivering essential application support services. In this role, you will help improve our monitoring solutions to ensure the stability and health of our business processes. You’ll also contribute to the development of self-healing functions and utilize the Power Platform to streamline workflows. If you enjoy identifying and resolving issues, we’d love to have you on board. Your troubleshooting skills will be crucial in minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth operations across our business.

* Support the availability and stability of ERP systems
* Assist in resolving issues escalated from users of the ERP ecosystem
* Help diagnose and resolve technical issues identified by monitoring tools
* Participate in root cause analysis for system disruptions
* Assist in analyzing and documenting application monitoring requirements
* Collaborate with development teams to support new features and business processes
* Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and availability of systems
* Be available for extended hours as needed
* Work through undocumented processes to resolve issues
* Contribute to the development of tools/processes to expedite incident resolution
Participate in software releases and on-call coverage/rotation
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
