You’ll work 55 hours max during busy season, and in return for your hard work, you’ll work on a flexible schedule during the summer. For any hours worked over 40 all year round, you’ll be finically rewarded in your annual, post-busy season bonus which is based on personal performance.
You will have the option to work on a hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
*International Tax Director Job Responsibilities*
* Lead the International tax practice and be involved in complex tax prep and review work for a variety of international clients
* International tax compliance covering Forms 5471/5472, GILTI and FDII reporting on Forms 8992/8993, foreign tax credit reporting on Forms 1116/1118, and outbound transfers of property on Form 926
* US tax return review for individual inpats/expats and high net worth individuals generating foreign source income and/or having PFIC holdings
* Coaching, advising, and fostering skill development among the more junior members of the team
* Demonstrate the ability to manage people and projects whilst expanding your technical skills
